Once you meet Chef Sam and experience his passion and mastery in preparing delicious food, you'll never forget him. His career began as a young man in Europe, where exposure to diverse cultures and backgrounds fueled his love for various cuisines and expanded his knowledge of ingredients.
When not playing professional soccer, Chef Sam began helping his girlfriend’s family at their hotel. It was during this time that he decided to pursue formal training in the culinary arts, as well as hotel and restaurant management.
Chef Sam opened his first restaurant with the help of his father, dedicating it to his girlfriend, who tragically passed away. Since then, he has owned and operated many restaurants across the USA and has worked as a private chef in South Florida for over 20 years.
Chef Sam’s world travels, extensive experience, and deep passion for food — paired with his commitment to exceptional quality, service, and the belief that food brings love — are the reasons we’re so excited to share his culinary journey with you.
